Well there is really nothing new to write about but I'm bored and Aidan is sleeping! He is getting so big! He is now 5 weeks old and weighs 10 lbs 1 oz. He is getting more and more alert every day. At night he is sleeping pretty good... he went 5 hours last night without waking up which makes mama very happy. Durring the day he is awake alot more and he LOVES his swing. Next week I have my postpartum appointment so hopefully I will be able to start going to the gym soon and lose this weight!
Good news! Me and Aidan will be coming back to California for sure. Im not sure when we are coming yet (waiting on the passport) but I will inform people as soon as I know something. (Or maybe I'll just show up and surprise everyone!!!

Just Aidan and Mommy
Well its just Aidan and Mommy in Italy now... Daddy left on December 26. It was so hard to say goodbye to him but we were very thankful that he got to be here for the birth and Christmas. We were very lucky on timing. The deployment is halfway though now but it still seems like it will be a million years before he is back here with us again.
Grandma and Uncle Ryan left on Jan 3 so it been just the two of us for a few days now. It is really hard being here all alone but we will make it through...
Aidan is getting so big and strong now! He is now at 9 lb 6 oz so he basically gained a pound. Me and him both had a cold but we are all better now. He has started lifting his head up a lot now too. He still wont do it when I lay him down on his mat (he thinks that means nap time) but when he is laying on my chest he lifts it so high and for so long! Working those muscles...
