A year ago today...

... was the best day of my life! I really can not believe that Aidan is already one year old! It is amazing how fast times goes by when you have a baby. 365 days ago I was in labor and now I am sitting here playing with him! Here are some pictures of him opening the presents that Grandma sent him:

Countdown

I can't believe that in just 3 day my baby will be one years old! This year has flown by amazingly fast. I am loving seeing him get older and do more things but It makes me so sad that he isn't a little baby anymore! He has turned into such a big boy with such a huge personality. I can not wait to get back to the states and show him off to everyone! We leave for California in a little over a week. I am so excited!!! This next 2 weeks is going to be crazy! It is the last 2 weeks of my semester and I am ready for a much needed break from school, even if it is only a couple weeks!

Aidan's first 1st birthday party

Since all of Aidan's Army Uncles were leaving Italy we decided to have his birthday party in Italy a little early. The theme was Curious George cause he is a little monkey! We had so much fun and he got so many new toys. He doesn't even know what to do with himself. Here are a few pics from the party...

Thanksgiving

So we had a really great Thanksgiving! We had 3 other couples, 6 kids and a ton of of the single guys over here! Over 20 people..... It was crazy but so much fun! Robert got up at 5 to put the Turkey in the brine and then we slept till about 8. We hung out all morning and got the house straightened up. People started coming over around noon and we had a bunch of hor dourves for everyone to munch on. I got many complement from the hungry guys! Robert got the turkey ready and I did everything else. I was so overwhelmed.... We all just hung out all day and played Rockband! (I want to be a drummer when I grow up now.) Basically we had a great day and I was so Thankful to have everyone home safe to celebrate with us!
